The concert will include Fauré’s Dolly Suite, Debussy’s Petite Suite, Schubert’s Marche Militaire, Bach’s Schafe können sicher weiden (Sheep May Safely Graze), two movements from my Piano Suite, and the WORLD PREMIERE of my new transcription for piano duet of #Gershwin’s dazzling Girl Crazy Overture (featuring the classic songs I Got Rhythm, Embraceable You, But Not For Me and much more).
At the centre of our programme will be Robert Schumann’s masterly Piano Quintet Op.44 in a rarely performed piano duet transcription created by none other than Clara Schumann!
